What data we collect and why
When you fill in the request form we receive: your name, phone, email (optional), city, address or neighbourhood, property type and size, preferred payment option, convenient dates and your message. We use it only to contact you, arrange a visit and deliver the service.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and your consent.
Where it is stored
Requests are received through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.) and by email. We keep them for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer (for example, accounting records).
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog (EU servers) to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and where they get stuck. This includes anonymised session recordings in which everything typed into forms is masked.
PostHog only loads if you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site.
